HATHA YOGA (Minimum of 5/Maximum of 15 people)
This is the most widely practised form of yoga in North America today.  It is purely a physical form of yoga with relaxation and breathing techniques to help rejuvenate your body. You are only as old as your spine and yoga will help you turn back time. Come and enjoy a proven system that is thousands of years old and reap the benefits in healing and restoring the body.

POWER YOGA (Minimum of 5/Maximum of 10 people)
Also known as sweaty yoga, branched from the Ashatanga Yoga system.  You will learn the flow of Yoga with the linking of many poses in "sets". This faster paced class is perfect for the athlete or someone who wants to work hard. Ask anyone who has taken Power Yoga before and they will tell you it is not your typical yoga class!

STRETCH AND STRENGTH (Minimum 5/Maximum 10 people)
Coming from a Russian approach, stretch and strength is known and practised by dancers and gymnasts around the world. This class gives you hands on training to help you reach your personal goals. Comparable to Pilates in many ways, you will build a strong, flexible body while losing fat mass.

PILATES (Minimum 5/Maximum 10 people)
Pilates is a core strengthening program however in a lot of cases it is quite unbalanced for your body. We alter the pilates with the yoga so that our body is properly balanced for a total well rounded work out.

LATIN & BELLY DANCE (Minimum 5/Maximum 10 people)
With a Latin style mixed with Turkish belly dancing, you are sure to have a good time! While you are working on grace of movement you might not even realize the toning and shaping of your body!

GENTLE YOGA  or PRENATAL YOGA (minimum 5/Maximum 15 people)
Hatha yoga at a slower, gentler pace. Suitable for the beginner, pregnant women and seniors. Increases strength and flexibility. Includes exercises/postures, breathing techniques and relaxation.
